STEP 1.

A second consultant will contact you to confirm additional detailed specifications, such as materials.
Once the consultation is complete and a quotation is issued, please review it and request the person in charge to proceed with production.
STEP 2.
Final design confirmation
Please provide the original package design AI file to our company's design manager.
Afterward, please provide final confirmation for the design draft that has been finalized for copperplate printing.
STEP 3.
Copperplate production
Helio engraving on the copper plate according to the printing density corresponding to the confirmed design draft
After production, the finished copper plate is delivered to the printing house.
Next is the stage where you prepare the ink and fabric to begin gravure printing in earnest.
STEP 4.
Gravure printing in progress
After loading the copper plate received at the printing shop into the gravure printing machine
Ink is printed onto the prepared fabric using a copper plate.
At this point, the color of the printed fabric is adjusted to produce an output similar to the monitor.
STEP 5.
Lamination (T/D, DRY)
Printed fabric of approximately 20,000 to 50,000 sheets and matching specifications

Processing and sorting
Apply the laminated fabric to the received processing method, such as three-sided, standing, or M-sided.
